As part of service contract, an advance payment should be made to keep the booking confirmed and the balance amount can be paid on arrival in India or the destination point where your tour starts, prior to commencement of the tour. The decision on the amount of advance to be paid rests with the management, based on the nature of service and time left to commence the tour. In the event of cancellation of the tour due to any reason, avoidable or unavoidable, a written notification has to be submitted to us in writing. Cancellation charges would be levied for the same and would be effective from the date on which the written request is received. Cancellation charges would be as under:

- * 60 days before arrival: 10% of the Trip/ Service charges
- * 45 days before arrival: 20% of the Trip / Service charges
- * 15 days before arrival: 25% of the Trip / Service charges
- * 07 days before arrival: 50% of the Trip / Service charges
